As always, thank you so very much for sharing your experiences with us. This process is fascinating to me . As a city dweller we take for granted the amount of work and energy that goes into making a staple of our diet. A simple jar of maple syrup is NOT so simple. I appreciate your effort and look forward to seeing your next video. Enjoy your day ❤

Certainly enjoyed this video - I'm convinced you are incapable of making an unenjoyable one, Lisette. So much work and time involved in collecting maple sap, then processing sap to syrup! The color and flavor of cottage made maple syrup are exquisite. As always, you have captured wonderful nature scenes. And, you in a tank top in the snow - that's quite a vision (but must note, you were enjoying 71 F degrees air😃) And your strength in hefting a 50-60? lb large propane cyclinder is amazing. Glad you were able to collect more maple sap as you were originally disappointed. Your collection of cooking gear - utensils, pots, pans, etc - continues to impress, as does your skill in using them. As always, blessings from Shenandoah County, VA.
