My Nova sounded just like this Camaro. It had Competition Cams 480H with roller rockers, hooker headers and Flowmaster exhaust. Everyone loved how it sounded.

Timings off as well as that tac. Tacs showing what 1100 at idle? Engines shaking a lot and thats not a cam. My new 406 is so smooth picture perfect its so still when idling, motor mount cracked or timing? Whole front clip is out of alignment maybe subframe bushings. You can see the clip leans down on the front and the front door gap gives it away. The driverside hood gaps are way different from the passenger side. Could be out of alignment or something else. Also look at the subrame for any damage. Not saying there is any just somethings off so at least look for wrinkles. Whoever looks at this car check those things out.

Yes, I play all the time, I used to play out all the time, but got the kids at home it’s a full-time job making these videos so I just play for them. Band still gets together and jams on some weeknights. Bombfires and camping are my outings nowadays lol. Talks of putting together a new years show though we will see.

I have owned and restored a 70 1/2 RS/Z28 and a 71 RS/SS. I don't understand why this car is NOT an RS model, but they put the bumperettes on the front instead of the full bumper. The RS models with bumperettes have round amber parking lights to the side of the headlights, while the NON RS package has the amber lights below the bumper and headlights. Also, the RS has an extended front urethane nose bezel and a 2 piece grill. So yes, this is just a Z28 and needs the proper front bumper.

@@Tartan1206 LOL, shows that you have no idea what you are talking about. Just put the correct bumper on it and call it good. This is not a RS car. And the correct full bumper is probably cheaper than the 2 bumperettes. The whole reason for the split bumper (RS PACKAGE) was changing the parking lights shape and location and adding a center extension poly bumper bezel and a "2 piece grill".

The split bumper looks way better than the bumper that spans the front end. It is all cosmetic. These bumpers don't do much in a frontal collision. The rest of the car isn't concours correct so the bumper is all about aesthetics

For anyone curious, the head castings appear to be late 60's to early 70's prefered castings. They are the smaller chamber and came with 1.94 or 2.02 intake valves depending on hp rating and application. Just some trivia for you
