Wouldn't be surprised if it's already sold. Such a straight up classy affordable car for the average working man. Nick, you go above and beyond with your presentations.

That car makes feel like I'm a little kid bitty again riding my two aunt's Grand Prix and Cutlas back during the 80's.. They both had that red carpet look on the inside. All you need is some 80's music playing in the background. Both of my aunts use to have the big ole key ordiments flopping and clacking all over the place.

NICE!! Hard to believe this is a 36 year old car. One of the cleanest Monte's I've ever seen for this price. Very sweet ride right here. Why Chevy only put the 305's in this car was a bad mistake for them. It is labeled as a L69 HO 305 and has decent power, but why they didn't offer the 350 in a SS car is a mystery. Bad call Chevy. As a dealer option, you could get the 350 installed, but very, very rarely did that happen. I am holding out to try and find a 1960 Impala, can't believe I missed the one y'all had a while back! This car is gonna make someone a great ride for sure!

Great overall car! But it looks, and sounds like it will also need a little work on the exhaust system. Great price for this car too.

Que yo sepa...el Montecarlo SS aquí en México era standar,palanca al piso.....eso era lo que le daba deportividad...

Column shift/split bench, pretty rare for this year SS. Looks great, but is that a hole in the driver side muffler?
@cgj01982 жыл бұрын
It sure is rare. I had an 86 t-top with the column shifter and bench. Sold it and have maybe have seen one other one with that combo.

None of the sheet metal is shared between the Monte Carlo and the Regal. Quarters, fenders, doors, hood, header panel, trunk lid, bumper covers, lights and rear side windows are completely different. They share a common frame, floor pans and most of the drivetrain, but the L69 305 HO wasn’t offered in the Regal and the turbo 6 wasn’t offered in the Monte.
