if case is in court but 2nd party (defendants) fight with plaintiff in his house on court case so this matter will go to police or court?????????? Plaintiff will file FIR or inform court about fight????????????

Misconception attached to FIR by lawyer community and our honrable Judiciary. Fir is nothing it is mere a statement or frist obervation by the officer on duty or by the complainant. Fir is not out of any investigation . its only frist hand information about a incident yar which could be right or wrong.

After piling up law degrees llb,llm,london and UK degress you are dependent daily and whole your life confusing yourself in the mess of legal digests pld,scmr,ylr etc These useless digests sucks your pockets and time,
