I really enjoyed the trilogy and want to reread it since the Noah Shaw one is coming out soon. I didn't mind the 3rd book but I feel like it took a sharp sharp left to the story. Like before with books 1 and 2 were focused on the mind and reality. And then suddenly we're hearing about powers, one being a hero, the other a villain and I'm like 😶😵

I'm to afraid to start the new trilogy bc I got spoiled on how it ended and it didn't very happy so I'm gonna live in ignorant bliss that they all live happily ever afrer like at the end of the 3rd book. Maybe if it turns into more books, so I know theres hope that things can be okay again ill give it a try BUT NOT TODAY. And the same goes for the new book in the shatter me universe, like I thought it had a happy ending and now theres this new book and it apparently RIPS THE HAPPY ending apart and I'm not ready for all this pain these author's are trying to give me.
