ABOUT THE VOICE
The four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" returns as Queen of Country Reba McEntire claims her red chair alongside last season's champ, Niall Horan, and returning superstar coaches John Legend and Gwen Stefani as they vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon.
The show's innovative format features five stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Knockouts, Playoffs and Live Performance Shows.
This season, the block returns to the Blind Auditions, and during Battles, each coach will have two steals to use. The Three-Way Knockouts are also back. This time, however, artists will select their own songs to perform.
Once the Live Performance Shows begin, the top artists will compete against each other weekly during a live broadcast. This time, the television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. In the end, one artist will be named "The Voice" and receive the grand prize of a recording contract.

She will probably have to use the Beth Hart playbook since Kelly started by a major push by a label. Most likely the winner won't be backed by a major label until they get a large fan base. Beth Hart won on Star Search in 1993, started getting her groove in 2004 with he Live At The Paradiso DVD and is now fairly popular around the world including China and Vietnam. Beth Hart is also a multi genre and multi instrumental powerhouse performer that can do the Tori Amos stuff as well.

No. She's a fake and a poseur. She's been competing on these shows since she was a child. America's Got Talent and American Idol before The Voice. She can sing in an affected way, but nothing about her movements are organic or about good technique. She's shitting out the notes. Her vocal rasp is not natural or pleasant. She's a little girl who mimicked her idols as a 5 year old. I can't stand her. Luckily she'll be unable to sing *like this* in less than a decade. You have a lot of bad takes. This chick does not belong in the same sentence as Tina Turner or Janis Joplin.
