She says thanks. This used to have a better soundtrack but KZbin had a hissy. You can't edit and reupload or you lose all your metrics. I used KZbin Music to fix it.

Purchased one of Mara's spindles at a show on Saturday. I can appreciate the time and craftsmanship that goes into them! She even took time to show me how to use them. Thanks Mara.

@IrishWoodDoctor She's really getting very good. I made the steady rest and yup, 2 inline skate wheels. We find a 2 wheel at the beck of the piece works much better than the big three wheel units.

It is a turners center finder. Any of the woodworking tool suppliers sell them

What kind of double sided tape did she use to mount the whorl blank to the jig?

We've been using carpet tape for that. It works as well as the turners tape at about 1/4 the price. There are two kinds the one you see in the video and a clear tape. This one is easier to use
