Growing a baby is NO JOKE. My first trimester, I SLEPT o. If I wasn’t sleeping, I was eating. Your body is using all your energy to build the placenta that your baby will fully rely on throughout the pregnancy. Women, we are truly amazing 🥰

Having an understanding, supportive, loving, helping. Etc. husband is really one of the best thing ever during pregnancy. Cause everything is so hard on the first semester. Like there’s no mother and mother to be who be saying I had a perfect or easy first semester. Having a husband and family REALLY helps a lot. Coz surviving alone with pregnancy…. No I can’t imagine it and I would never want it to happen to me. And big thumbs up to every woman in the world

I felt mostly normal in my first trimester !! I still exercised a lot at least 4 times a week, took walks going to d office and coming bk! Infact I trekked a lot! Lool! I jst feel headaches early in d mornings sometimes and intense breast pains guess it’s becos d boobs were growing more! Sometimes I use a bra to sleep! Never had all those morning sickness , insomnia or vomiting! I’m in my second trimester now and I still feel ok🤷🏼‍♀️…well Mk we Dey watch sha 😅😅

Lmao. I also have the same problem with my nose. I also have itchy ears and throat. It's atopy and it runs in the family. Just means you have hypersensitivity. Take piriton (preferably at night or when you're less active because it can make you drowsy). Also, try to manage it well as it often shows up later as asthma.
