This music is the most anointed praise music ever. Designed not to entertain but to facilitate praise. I became a believer in 1977 and this music was vital to my spiritual growth. I must have had 20 different albums, cassettes and CD's over the years--so uplifting. My spirit still soars and is transported to a place of joy. The genesis of this music can be seen in the movie Jesus Revolution. Chuck Smith and Calvary Chapel founded Maranatha in 1971! Praise be to God.

The best. Maranatha singers n praise. Makes me cry bc nobody plays them anymore😢. I'm 56 and I first heard them at 7!!! The one guys voice reminds me of Matthew Ward. I love them. Church Girard, Barry McGuire, Steve green, 2nd chapter, Phil keggy, Brian Duncan, Carmen,Andre crouch, the archers, etc...😢

I love these songs, with or without the nature sounds, but this is kind of a nice variation. These were some of the last modern worship songs. Newer ones have gone insane, no worship. Thanks for taking the time to do this!
