God always reminds us of the truth. Sometimes because we forget and sometimes to inspire and motivate us to grow, like a branch, in the direction of the light. July 7, 2019, communion Sunday. Pastor Ray Bentley spoke from Matthew 7, I believe- I could be mistaken. He taught of the branch that bears fruit and the branch that does not... Pastor Bentley spoke of his own orange trees that he pruned and gardened. I remember this day vividly and fondly. July 7 is my parents wedding anniversary and the day I visited Maranatha Chapel for the first time. Praise the LORD Jesus Christ, maranatha!
