How do you get the control pad off the wall to replace the batteries?

Slide the cover up and you'll feel it hit the stops. Then pull it up a little harder and the cover will come off. Once the cover is off you'll see a hole in the top part of the keypad with a screw inside. Take that screw out and you'll be able to remove the keypad from the base to change the batteries.
