Hi Harley, thanks for the suggestion. SIS are very popular, they work very well for me. There are also others with more natural ingredients too. There are also powders you can add to water too like Tailwind. Many people find a preference after trying different brands. I won't take any gels unless I'm running for 2 hours or over... It will be just a bit of water. My advice would be to try some different ones and find what sits best in your stomach. I hope this helps you

What jacket would you recommend for running during winter in general? I have tried a couple of jackets but it's either too hot or doesn't keep me warm at all. Trying to find something in between

Hi Tan. That's a great question. I use one like in the video here and use layers instead of a jacket. So if it's freezing will wear a long sleeve running top, a short sleeve top over that then the jacket. Sometimes I will wear gloves too. As I run I get warmer so sometimes end up putting the gloves in my pocket and tieing the jacket round my waste. Hope this helps
