Great Vid! I was actually in that area over the weekend and Cajun Kitchen was one spot i wanted to try but ended up at Public Market. Good luck on your Houston prep!

I keep it simple, foam roll and stretching routine daily/post runs. I have a standing desk and I use a slant board throughout the day and a lacrosse ball too! Just try to do a little something something whenever I can!
