Sb ingredients ko bowl me dal kr dough bna le phir freezer me rakh de jb thanda ho jaey to roll bna kr cutting kren
Rich Chocolate cake :
Ingredients
Melted butter 75gm
Sugar 150gm
Egg 2
Milk 50 ml
Flour 125gm
Chocolate chips 25gm
Coco powder 25gm
Baking powder ½ tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Yogurt 50gm
Ingredients for Icing
Soft butter 100gm
Melt chocolate 200gm
Icing sugar 50gm
Whipped cream 100gm
Method for cake
Melted butter me sugar or eggs dal kr beat kren
Phir milk add kr de us k bad sb dry ingredients ko mix kr le last me dahi add kr k mix kr le phir 180c pr 45 minutes tak bake kren
Method for Icing
Butter or icing sugar ko ak sath beat kren phir melt chocolate add kr de
Jb achi trah mix ho jaey to whiped cream addkr k frosting kren
Special Pudding :
Ingredients
Butter 150gm
Sugar 175gm
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Cloves powder 1 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Almond powder 75gm
Eggs separate 4
Bread crumbs 100gm
Lemon peel 50 gm
Orange peel 50gm
Method
Butter or sugar to ak sath beat kren jb creamy ho jaey to eggs youlk add kr de phir dry ingredients or peels
Last me eggs white beat kr k
Mix kr le 180 pr 20 minutes tak bake kren
