This is by far the most intense event of the Marblympics. What an exciting match but surely an exhausting one for the competitors. The training for this event alone must be quite a challenge. I could never last 2 funnels and yet they make 5 look like a walk in the park. Incredible Athleticism showcased today by these Marbles.

There’s always a part of me that’s rooting for the teams who are often at the bottom of the leaderboard and don’t get as much attention. Kobalts, Rojo Rollers, Chocolatiers, and so on. I’m always keeping an eye on who’s provisionally in 15th and 16th place so I can cheer them on a bit alongside my favorite teams.

@@lindsaykat3675 Honestly, I can appreciate that kind of hustle. Pushing opponents and aggressive plays are also a part of this discipline - Rezzy definitely used this strategy quite a few times between both rounds. Also no offence to our marbles but even with first there was no threat with how the competition has been going, seems to me less like a concerted effort and more desperate clawing to stay in the funnel, the speed really rarely allows targeted attacks.

They had it in 'em for gold but either way they definitely put on the best showing. In 2019 (I think) as well they had some amazing blocks and shoves when not doing so well so as to cement themself back in the lead and despite only coming 3rd, that tactic played dividends after it looked like they were falling to 6-8 territory.

#ReachForTheStars !!!! . . . . . Not our best showing but it was good enough to get back into Top 3. I knew Raspberry would rock this, they always do. And to see Pinkies on top for so long is incredible. My 2 year old started yelling at the screen -- he takes after his dad -- and I've never been prouder. It seems like he's a Mellow Yellow and Chocolatiers fan.

* Nice to see the Green Ducks holding on once more, Endurance always seems to be quite a strong event for them! * They have a great technique, making as much contact upon funnel entry as possible to not only decrease the other marbles' leads but force the Ducks into a wider wake. Even right at the exit to funnels, they used it a few times to just give them some edge.

That was intense! You can really see the battle tactics that each player employs in the game. Noticed at some points that some of the players will swarm around a target in order to make them lose momentum and make them fall first, and hey, it's not nice, but it's part of the game. I wanted my O'Rangers to get some hardware, but 4th is still a good haul. The next event is gonna be nice!

Absolutely loved the tweak to the funnel arrangement by alternating the express orange funnels with the larger ones. Really builds the tension as a front runner can easily shoot through at any time to suddenly fall back in the pack.

I have to agree (though my team didn't do well). I liked this version better than others. I felt that having the small funnels in series all before the others made them kind of a non-factor. Here, they became a bigger factor in positioning. That's a good thing, I think.

Chocolate is know to have a very long lifespan, and I know our Chocolatiers have the same endurance to last just as long. I do think Bonbon should be in this because they do last the longest. Let's just wait and see. Edit: Mocha just didn't cut it... we had the lead and they blow it. Unfortunately but I know Mocha tried they best so. Next event, we will comeback

Funnel Endurance is my favourite Marble League event, and I love how it's evolved over the years. The skills required are so different from every other event, and I feel like it keeps every competitor on their toes (so to speak). Glad to see the Shining Swarm moving on up!
