Hello, I hope you are doing fine. PFB the ingredients and recipe: Ingredients: 1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup (120ml) milk 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons hot water Instructions: Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Mix in the vanilla extract. Alternate Adding Dry Ingredients and Milk: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the butter mixture in three parts, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Prepare Cocoa Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder with hot water until smooth. Create the Marbling Effect: Divide the batter into two equal parts. Stir the cocoa mixture into one half of the batter until well combined. Spoon the vanilla and chocolate batters alternately into the prepared loaf pan, creating layers. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the batters together to create a marbled effect. Do not overmix. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve: Slice and enjoy your marbled tea cake with a cup of tea or coffee!
