Marble Pound Cake _ You Will Never Get Enough Of It😋

Very light, very elegant and delicious marble pound cake🥰. One piece will not be enough at all...
Ingredients:
2/3 cup unsalted soft butter (150 g)(1 1/4 sticks)
1 1/2 cups sugar (300 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
3/4 cup milk (180 ml)
2 cups all purpose flour (300 g)
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder to add on half of the batter
- Bake at 350 F/180 C for about 50-55 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

I reduced the sugar to 280 g. and had to bake for up to 65 minutes, but the cake came out scrumptious! Better than any I've ever bought from any bakery!!!

Ty for this recipe! The cake turned out super fluffy and soft, the inside was super pretty too. I only replaced the amount of sugar to 170g and I didn't have cocoa powder so I used nestle. Needless to say it didn't have much chocolate flavor but it still tasted super good.

It could happen from different things, such as over mixing the dry ingredients which works out the gluten strands in the batter and makes it look dry. Also, over baking plays a great role😊
