Trevor Gordon and Graham Bonnet were cousins who first played in The Blue Sect. Trevor soon moved off the Australia where he recorded with The Bee Gees but would eventually be lead back to England. The Marbles were one of Robert Stigwood's first signings. Their only hit "Only One Woman" was penned by the Brothers Gibb

And this very song was the one Ritchie Blackmore listened to and asked "what happened to this guy?" - Roger Glover tracked him down through his contacts in music production and voilà, Rainbow - Down To Earth (1979). Graham himself said he regrets leaving Rainbow during the Difficult To Cure recordings. Imagine that album with Graham Bonnet on vocals instead of Joe Lynn Turner!

Absolutely right! And he was directly accepted by the whole rockworld. Bonnet is top! And by using a Gibb-song he was one of the first rocksinger to accept the work of the BeeGees. The BeeGees wrote more than 100 songs for others, but this surely is the best cover in their catalogue! Like you say: what a voice!
