These ladies had every right to raise their own moral standards and stop and just leave unless they could acknowledge of being forced to stay! Even if drugs and drinks were involved and none was forcefully tied up, it was more likely that both parties were aroused to go further! When a DUI case is brought to a trial, the jurist and jury never hassle the guilty party about who gave them what and how it came to be they got the alcohol. The rhetoric is that it was on you for putting yourself in the situation. So what real difference does it make for these women to flirt with this man, join him in going to his private hotel room, accepting whatever from him, etc. I listened to one of the accusers case and she admittedly flirted with him all night knowing he was a married man, followed him into his bedroom and continued to flirt. Hill was okay with this 2 ) Bill Cosby ADMITTED in a deposition that he used a powerful sedative drug, money and fame to get women. Morally that is wrong. That is the arguement Hill was making. Meanwhile Bill Cosby was running around scolding black men for the same thing. The judge was also scolding black men and pretending that Bill Cosby didn't do anything wrong, morally. Cheating on his wife is not wrong? Drugging people without their knowledge is not wrong? Having sex with a woman he drugged is not wrong? Bill Cosby admitted all these in the deposition. Now he was told he couldn't be charged, that's why he said it and they used it against him. That WAS WRONG for them to do that. However, Bill admitted to all these things and bill was wrong. Bill Cosby is a predator based on his own deposition.

@@dollarroll2000 "Bill Cosby ADMITTED in a deposition that he used a powerful sedative drug, money and fame to get women." Cosby never said that about Andrea Constand, the alleged victim whose alleged rape is why he went to prison. His deposition relating to her only stated that he provided her with benadryl *at her request*. So, he never stated that he drugged her to have sex with her. What he may have said about other people would be a separate case. The prosecution had nothing on him in regards to Constand, so they basically used character assassination instead, by bringing in other women not related to the Constand case. As much as I like Mark Lamont Hill, he is misguided where it relates to the whole Cosby issue. Judge Brown's possibly inadvertent interruptions of Hill's point made perfect sense, because what people "think" when ruled by emotion is precisely what can lead to mob mentality. Also, Hill's comparison to Zimmerman is ridiculous. There is no question that Zimmerman killed Martin. The only question is whether he was justified or not. There is NO proof or even sufficient circumstantial evidence that Constand was raped, let alone that Cosby did it. Apples and oranges.

He acting like they thought the pills were candy like they don't know wtf the pills do . This what we talking about now smh. It blew my mind when he said Wow AT THIS POINT THIS IS JUST FLAT OUT RAPE. it's funny how rape use to be forcing yourself on a woman who didn't want to have sex with you. Now it's having sex with a woman that wanted to take drugs to get loose. Lmaoo common sense ain't so common

There was nothing intellectual about Joe Brown's assertions. He simply kept repeating his "due process" trope while Hill (ineffectively) mused on the moral aspect of Cosby's actions. It was truly a stupid exchange between Hill and Brown.
