Marc Lamont Hill sits down with Judge Joe Brown on the media frenzy surrounding Bill Cosby's criminal trial and subsequent overturned conviction.
Brown tweeted: "Anyone who was knowledgeable of American law would have expected and predicted the outcome of the Cosby appeal. Mainstream media and Hollywood incite public disorder by lying to the people about the law and encouraging mob rule. Hollywood reacts to Bill Cosby's release with shock."

Society has been trained to believe a lie coming out of the mouth of a woman, over the truth coming out of the mouth of a man! It's always been that way and will, forever be that way until the end of time.

As a woman I completely agree. You don't get to sober up, have regrets and cry foul. There are probably a lot of men in jail because someone lied about consent. I don't even want my sons to date, it's too dangerous. I blame this new feminist movement. Those women don't want equality, they way superiority. It needs to end. Women that claim rape need to have actual proof, if not they wreck someone's life for a lie. They should be in jail. Same with fake hate crimes.

No, Marc is pushing morals and emotions instead of pure law. Low morals on both sides doesn’t make the male and famous the guilty one! All involved were adults. These ladies had every right to raise their own moral standards and stop and just leave unless they could acknowledge of being forced to stay! Even if drugs and drinks were involved and none was forcefully tied up, it was more likely that both parties were aroused to go further! Ladies are also more likely to regret previous sexual encounter when they feel their standards have been set lower while they were dronk or high! Accusations aren’t facts! Old judge is right again both are equally responsible!

A prosecutor can wrongly prosecute you and give you the death penalty and that prosecutor would never be held accountable for their wrong doing, mistake or intent on their own part.

@mr take no nonesense - Yes, if there is political will to do so,but very difficult just like trying to hold Police officer accountable. These people are well protected by the system itself. We have to remember in this case, Mr.Cosby was targeted with extreme prejudice in a politically motivated kangaroo court where he was railroaded . A politician used Bill as a political promise by saying " if you elect me, I would put Bill Cosby in Prison" This, by itself is so unconstitutional indeed. The politicians in Philadelphia played a role in this case. I think they should be sued in my opinion

Not only should this nonsense have been tried on 50 years ago when it happened, but these women should not have entered the hotel of a man, flirted with a man nor accepted drinks from a man. One of the accusers said she was flirting with Cosby all night, went back to his hotel with him, he stroked her hair but ultimately sent her home like she was nothing and she went home. What's she's suing over? The hair stroke! Half of the accusers are ridiculous. This metoo movement foolishness has gone too far! This is why I am very happy I am gay!

The rhetoric is that it was on you for putting yourself in the situation. So what real difference does it make for these women to flirt with this man, join him in going to his private hotel room, accepting whatever from him, etc. I listened to one of the accusers case and she admittedly flirted with him all night knowing he was a married man, followed him into his bedroom and continued to flirt. Meanwhile Bill Cosby was running around scolding black men for the same thing. The judge was also scolding black men and pretending that Bill Cosby didn't do anything wrong, morally. Cheating on his wife is not wrong? Drugging people without their knowledge is not wrong? Having sex with a woman he drugged is not wrong? Bill Cosby admitted all these in the deposition. Now he was told he couldn't be charged, that's why he said it and they used it against him. That WAS WRONG for them to do that. However, Bill admitted to all these things and bill was wrong. @@dollarroll2000 "Bill Cosby ADMITTED in a deposition that he used a powerful sedative drug, money and fame to get women." Cosby never said that about Andrea Constand, the alleged victim whose alleged rape is why he went to prison. His deposition relating to her only stated that he provided her with benadryl *at her request*. So, he never stated that he drugged her to have sex with her. What he may have said about other people would be a separate case. The prosecution had nothing on him in regards to Constand, so they basically used character assassination instead, by bringing in other women not related to the Constand case. As much as I like Mark Lamont Hill, he is misguided where it relates to the whole Cosby issue. Judge Brown's possibly inadvertent interruptions of Hill's point made perfect sense, because what people "think" when ruled by emotion is precisely what can lead to mob mentality. Also, Hill's comparison to Zimmerman is ridiculous. There is no question that Zimmerman killed Martin. The only question is whether he was justified or not. There is NO proof or even sufficient circumstantial evidence that Constand was raped, let alone that Cosby did it. Apples and oranges.

He asked about the morals and ethics. Amazing how Joe Brown talks about accountability yet sees Cosby as the victim. So no accountability for the drugging and sleeping with unconscious women ... But the black community is at fault for Trayvon....my god man lmao

Marc Lamont has... what I like to call... selective outrage. He has all this energy about Bill Cosby... but has nothing to say about his boy Charlamagne The God, who he also still follows on IG. And Charlamagne clearly admitted to taking advantage of an intoxicated woman. There is a video on KZbin right now with Charlamagne acknowledging this. Marc Lamont also doesn’t have the same energy when it comes to his girl Cardi B, who has admitted to drug*ing men so that she can rob them. She also admitted to getting back at ex-boyfriends who cheated on her by telling them that they can have a threesome with her and another woman, drug*ing the ex-boyfriend, and then making him have sex with a transgender who Cardi made him think was a naturally born woman. He still follows Cardi on IG as well. He only weaponizes cancel culture against who he wants and doesn’t weaponize cancel culture against who he doesn’t want to. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnO5iWZjfMxkf8k

@@Vorzilla drugging and giving drugs are 2 different things. Bill never denied giving drugs. Just like today if you give a woman a molly or Xanax to relax. Back then they were heavy on party drugs. A lot of ppl admitted to using the same drug. This lady even admitted to the fact that Bill gave her the drug with her knowledge. And she took it. It was never slipped in any drink. She knew what she was there for. She needs to stop the games and take accountability
