Black people only being worried about black people is how trump got elected. 19M people refused to engage in the electoral process due to the massacre. Had everyone rallied together behind the Palestinians, then the democrats wouldn't have been able to think that they could send the bombs and the military support to unalive all the oppressed indigenous people in Gaza, and still expect to get elected. They would have stopped sending aid to Israel and forced an end to the conflict. But because only a small fraction of the base was showing that they were bothered by what they were doing, they just kept doing what they were doing, and trump was elected. Also, to think that what is going on in Israel doesn't affect you is pure craziness. We've sent over 20B dollars to israel over the past year. That money could have been invested in social issues here in the country. The dehumanization of Palestinians is a process that the US uses to dehumanize immigrants and black people here in the states also. So helping the Palestinians, helps us.
