Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate.

⚠ FULL STORY ABOUT GEMBALLA: The guy in this video (Marc) is the Son of *Uwe Gemballa* who was famous for tuning Porsches in the 1990s - then the business hit hard times during 2008 and Uwe got into illegal activity (money laundering) for a Mafia in South Africa. He sent a Porsche Cayenne with $1million but when it arrived in South Africa - it was empty. Uwe Gemballa was lured there... never came back. His corpse was later found wrapped in cellophane. His son here, Marc, setup his own company 'Marc Philipp Gemballa' because the 'GEMBALLA' trademark was purchased by investors around 2010. They even tried to sue Marc hence why he has to call it 'Marc Philipp Gemballa'.
