In an interview he said a mate that is living rough showed him this abandoned Argos where a lot of squatters lived. They spent some time filming multiple video there. Didn’t pay anyone or get permission, just had to deal with squatters and druggies interfering and trying to steal their stuff.

Hope you're feeling better Marc. Love your reaction and your take on it, and I agree that this will probably appeal in the US more than his previous hiphop/rap stuff. I love how he's kept it 'Ren' with his typical rapping over a sick beat, flow switches, and changing his vocal tones and pitches to match the musical changes, but at the same time made it more commercial sounding. You could easily imagine this on the radio. And the video is as good and complimentary to the music as anything you'll see these days. Just shows you don't need the backing of a big label to produce quality music and videos. Have a good weekend man.
