Inspiring Talk and Excellent speaker. I love the last slide explaining the 3 stages for a company in a social network: 1) owning an audience 2) a significant follower (i.e. a bridge) is better than many followers 3) many "bridges" talking about the company's product.

Shot Marc. Hopefully everyone will start understanding that online crowds matter and why - You just get such better understanding - and people start understanding things in a way most of the social media tracking doesn't.
