Marcato's Original World-Famous Atlas Pasta Machine, dubbed "the Ferrari of the Pasta Machine World" by Cook's Illustrated, rolls and cuts pasta dough for homemade classic Italian pasta. What makes this product a smarter choice?
Number 1. The adjustment dial conveniently regulates the thickness of the dough and evenly rolls handmade pasta dough for a consistent texture, cook time, and taste. Rolled pasta cooks more evenly and soaks up the flavorful sauce better.
Number 2. To personalise pasta on the go, roll the dough up to 150 millimetres wide and choose from 10 various thickness settings, ranging from paper-thin 0.6 millimetres to 4.8 millimetres.
