best demonstration! short simple effective. gives me feeling of best grip and contact between hand and bow. lays natural in my hand now, bow movement now feels controlled and secure. Thank You very much!! have more lttle hands, but this starting with making a fist works for each hand size. 👍🙏

Could you do a video about the left hand position when you're playing in first position, because i learnt to play with a straight hand-arm down, but i'm getting a sense that it can be more rounded, more cupped (the hand, that is).
