I cry every time I hear his story. Thank god he is where he is now, I feel God blessed him, with a fantastic voice, what a wonderful man he has become!

His life is an open book. Honorable and helps the less fortunate anyway he can. God Bless Marcelito Pomoy and his family🙏.

I also could only understand a little bit of what he said. A very sad story indeed. No children should be without a home or without parents. Cheer, Debbie...you have a wonderful soul.

I'll translate for you: "I'll share my life story: He and his father were together for only for 3 months. When he was older he sold ice cream and sometimes balut (steamed fertilized duck eggs - a Filipino delicacy). His father was a regular customer for balut which he sold at cockfights on weekends but they did not know each other then. When he was two he and two siblings were abandoned by their mother. They went to the prison to live with their father. During their 3 months living there their father fell ill and vomited blood so they ate his prison food. The prison guards told their father that if he didn't have them adopted they would probably die. Their father then had them adopted. He learned to live in the streets for years and ate restaurant food left by customers. He slept in the streets no matter how cold but continued to pray." I could have continued translating but you cut it off.

In the Phillipines most of the people are very poor.

Very poor are you sure
@jeanduttlinger Жыл бұрын
@@mcnuguit Yes. We have air bases in the Phillipines and it is commonly known about the low income people living there. Marcelito raises money to buy food and supplies for the poor in the area where he lives. He has videos of him and several supporters rebuilding homes (small huts) where the elderly live that the weather has demolished the huts. He does a lot of things to support the poor in the Phillipines.
