Marcelito was not here to perform an extravagant production. He wass not here to give a show with boom boom pow. He wholeheartedly dedicated this performance to the victims of Taal Volcano. I didn't know he performed in gma 7. Im from the Philippines. This is very recent if he was singing for the volunteers of Taal volcano victims. It was very scary. The earthquakes and the ashfalls. The violinist played the violin solemnly, i feel like Marcelito's normal energy don't match the mood. I honestly think he tried to tone it down but end up feeling weak. And dont get me started on the back up vocals.

Ouch!!! This was a very somber occasion. It is neither lackluster nor mediocre. The SOLEMNITY of the performance is in sympathy for and a dedication to the victims of the eruption of Taal Volcano. The people there are volunteers who are sorting and packing donations for the relief of the affected residents in the area. Marcelito was, in fact, very much involved in the fund raising and distribution.

I think part of winning the Pilipinas Got Talent is a contract with ABSCBN and the albums with the network. After his contract, I'm not sure if he was offered any renewal. I'm not aware if he was offered any contract with other networks. I didn't see him as a mainstay of other shows. Having no contract with any networks, I think that's the reason he can do guesting with different shows.
