It's probably the lemongrass that made our lechon manok taste different from when they cooked one before. Good thing the kids are used to Filipino flavours even before coming here, they just enjoy them now. Even Rodik came back for lechon manok. 😍 Vanya will soon learn to make calamansi juice. 😊

Put banana in the freezer for 6 months, but has to blounce on the slow fire in mild dint burn.then cut banana leaves into desires sizes, then wrap into a plastic wrap to avoid air expose then put in the freezer
