In the past 24 hours, media coverage has focused on Marcellus Williams, who was convicted of fatally stabbing former newspaper reporter Felicia Gayle in 1998. Williams was executed by lethal injection in Missouri but both prosecutors and Gayle's family have questioned his conviction. Dan Abrams agrees that if there was any doubt, the execution should have been delayed. However, he says the media often overlooks the evidence that led to the conviction.
