En este concurso particularmente, no escoges a ti mismo tu baile contemporeano. Uno de los maestros invitados te lo enseña la coreografia ante de bailarlo enfrente de los jueces. Solo para que ustedes sepan, *cough. Fijense en la artista y la tecnica de el no solo en como se parezca.

and while I'm on this little rant, here's a nice quote you should think about. It's from a philosopher, you know about him? Soren Kierkegaard. "How absurd men are! You know, Van Gogh and Monet were probably "GAY" by society's terms, but that's only because they were different. But guess what? Difference is originality, and originality sells. Uniqueness! Art, which is what ballet and dance is, is all about self expression. Just because you don't understand someone's POV, doesn't mean you should condemn it. Unfortunately few people grasp this concept. And GAY, isn't an adjective. It's a sexual preference and a synonym for HAPPY. Grow a brain, please.

I don't understand it! You are right. What is he trying to convey? Is he a gay, scared little bird? Maybe he's a butterfly?? Or maybe he's a mime in a very large box... playing... with a kite? he can't... control???. And who says I should accept everything I don't understand? Am I not permitted to dislike something? God forbid I don't accept something in this society! I meant gay by it's definition. He's VERY happy, yet leaves me feeling confused as to why. He did give a "why" look at the end.

This dance is gay... this dance is demonstrating that. This man dances like he sexually prefers other men. I don't understand what exactly he's trying to convey to the audience with his movements, but he sure is happy. It's too gay for me. I get lost in the translation. His technique is flawless however. Bravo.

And what are with the random little jiggles?! Haha! I can't take it. God forbid something isn't my style. He looks like maybe he can't get into his clothes? I used gay exactly how I meant it. Is it forbidden to express myself? "I do not particularly like this choreography. I find it overly happy without a clear reason as to why it is so." I mean, hell, if I recall correctly, I said his talent was fantastic! His technique is spot on. He's very nimble, love his extension! This is too gay though.

Is he supposed to be a wiggle worm begging the bird not to eat him, trying to outsmart the bird using his wit and charm? Yes, maybe that is it. Is that the meaning of this choreography? Maybe he's just happy and dancing to the sun? Or maybe he's a gay man expressing the joy his gay partner brings him. The choreography is just terrible in my opinion, which FYI I am entitled to.

Yo soy un bailarín. Yo entiendo el ballet. Esta coreografía particular, es terrible. No tengo idea de lo que este hombre está tratando de decir a través de su baile. No dudo de su capacidad. okay. that's just WAY gay. I'm sorry. i LOVE ballet, and LOVE that guys do ballet... but this.... i don't understand the choreography at ALL. i don't doubt his talent the slightest though. he's fantastic.

what the hell is he doing!? the choreography is terrible. i must have watched this at least 10 times. it's terrible. i've seen much better. his technique, posture, grace, and flexibility -absolutely fantastic! the choreography sucks. it lacks meaning, unless he really is trying to tell the audience, I'm gay, I'm happy, or that I'm a worm and I just outsmarted a bird.
