Today you'll see in one piece of meat two different cuts and both very tasty: rump with rump tail. These two cuts, together, on the same skewer, are great. I always remember my dad, before we had our butcher house, picking up this piece at the meat shop of my uncle João, a great friend and butcher. While he was making this roast my brothers and I stayed like puppies around the barbecue 'cause we knew what the result would be. My mother made her famour mayo and the party was made.
