How comes the Divemaster is alone with the students under water? Shouldn’t they be parked on the surface?

Hi Sandra, you can perform this skill from the bottom and the surface. Especially with a certified Divemaster watching the other students you can choose to do both. At our dive shop we perform the skill starting from the surface while on my Instructor Examinations it get's organised from the bottom.

Why was the instructor holding the student's regulator during the ascent?

Yes I agree. I can't change it now, but on future video's I will make sure the sound is not so loud.
