The part that has always bugged me is how Oswald openly defects to russia, in the middle of the Cold War no less, openly discloses his desire to share US classified intelligence with them. Then is permitted to return to the US, not arrested, not tried, not so much as an interrogation , and somehow is granted the permission to bring a russian national wife along with him, something virtually unheard of at that time. No one has EVER explained that one with any credibility if Oswald is just an average citizen who tried to reveal US intelligence to our enemy, the Soviet Union, which the commission itself says is the case. How does he get away with all that, and why is that never explained?

The thing is that there is doubt to her story. It has been stated that many people she said was at that party were in fact at other places for instance Nixon was at a bottling convention. LBJ,Nixon, hoover and others had alibis for where they were that night. Her son who claimed LBJ was his dad also had filed a paternity lawsuit against a different man in the early 80's. I understand that if there was a conspiracy and she was telling the truth then the powers that be will always find a way to discredit people. But there were reporters, assistants,co workers who were able to couch for alot of the men she claimed was at that party. Seems they would of had her killed if she could expose a party of that magnitude. I do find her believable though and that's what makes her claims so incredible. I find the party scenerio to just be crazy and seemingly outrageous, you would think she wouldn't lie about something like that that seems absurd even if it was true. Just another aspect of this case of what do you believe. Though I find it very foolish of LBJ to indulge info to her about the assassination and would think he would be a hell of alot smarter than that lol.

A Civil Air Patrol group in Florida back in the day had Ferrie as the Commander and there were two members, one Oswald and the other Barry Seal, and all three were in Dallas when Kennedy was assasinated. There were numerous sightings of Oswald with Ferrie. One time in a small Louisiana town along with Clay Shaw at a voter registration drive. Oswald had Ferrie's library card on him when he was arrested. Also a number of sightings of Oswald with Ruby. Ruby himself was in informant for the FBI and House Unamerican Activities Committee ( HUAC), in the 1950s. Many witnesses who testified for Warrren Commision later said their testimony was altered in the printed volumes. Others were intimidated into changing their testimony. Evidence went missing etc.

In reference to the library card that Oswald was supposed to have... it was a card for Tulane University Medical School Library ...and Lee didn’t have to card on him...The card was in the possession of Judyth Baker...Judy gave the card to Lee Oswald so he could return some articles that Judy checked out... Judy gave it to Lee saying to him - in front of David Lewis - you just keep the card with you...they know me at the library and never ask to see it anymore..After Lee return the periodicals, he gave to card back to Judyth saying , “ I shouldn’t be seen or found with a library card belonging to Alton Oschner or Tulane University Medical School.... David Lewis, Who was present when Judyth gave Lee the card, wasn’t aware that Lee gave the card back to Judy....Hence, when word got out that Lee had Dave Ferrie’s library card, Dave Ferrie knew it was the Medical School card and was frantically trying to find the card those few days after the assassination...On like Tuesday November 26, David Ferrie called Judy and asked her frantically - Do you have my library card?? apparently Jackass Martin (Jack Martin) called the police and told them Lee had my card....So actually Lee didn’t have the card but Jack Martin - who hated David Ferrie-didn’t know that....

Apparently, as per PBS' FRONTLINE, in a 2-hr special, entitled "Who was Lee Harvey Oswald", Oswald and Ferrie had served in the Civil Air Patrol together in New Orleans. This was how Oswald "came up" on the CIA radar. Ferrie flew for the CIA running guns to/for Castro, against Bautista (mid-late 50s). That was also how Oswald got released from the Corps early. Oswald did 3.5 years in the Corps, and was granted a hardship discharge, ostensibly, to care for his ailing mother. That's funny....he defected to the Soviet Union only 9 DAYS after he was discharged. I wonder how someone with a TOP SECRET clearance was even ALLOWED to defect, ESPECIALLY at the height of the Cold War(!); I also wonder who paid for his plane ticket...?🤔And WHAT HAPPENS when he returns...? There was no investigation, no prosecution, no interrogation...nothing. As Spock would say, "...fascinating.". Oswald returns, with a Russian wife, a child, and her with a "bun in the oven". Oh, I forgot to mention that Marina wasn't JUST a Russian national; she was the niece of a KGB Colonel! Given that everybody minding the gates just held the door for him, upon his return, what does that tell you?Looks like Oswald was recruited to be a 'spook'; so the Russians "assigned" someone to watch HIM;, to see who his contacts were. When we knew the Russians weren't buying the show, WE recalled Oswald, bringing HER in tow; a game of "Spy vs Spy". If Oswald was a REAL defector/spy, he would've been BOILED IN OIL, upon his return. Recall the names of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg; they were EXECUTED for giving nuclear secrets to the Russians; John Walker, John Pollard, Robert Hansen, and Clayton Lonetree, also come to mind. But nothing happened to Oswald; why(?); because he was a KNOWN and ACCOUNTED asset; and all the Intel bean-counters in FBI/CIA knew it😳

If you want to know facts get this book: Me & Lee - by Judyth Vary Baker (Paperback) About the Book A memoir from the one-time cancer researcher who relates "all she knows about the Kennedy assassination, her love affair with Lee Oswald over the summer of '63, her converstions with him as late as two days before JFK's death, his role as a deep-cover intelligence agent who was framed for an assassination he was actually trying to prevent, and how he was silenced by his old friend Jack Ruby"--Jacket. Book Synopsis Judyth Vary was once a promising science student who dreamed of finding a cure for cancer; this exposé is her account of how she strayed from a path of mainstream scholarship at the University of Florida to a life of espionage in New Orleans with Lee Harvey Oswald. In her narrative she offers extensive documentation on how she came to be a cancer expert at such a young age, the personalities who urged her to relocate to New Orleans, and what led to her involvement in the development of a biological weapon that Oswald was to smuggle into Cuba to eliminate Fidel Castro. Details on what she knew of Kennedy's impending assassination, her conversations with Oswald as late as two days before the killing, and her belief that Oswald was a deep-cover intelligence agent who was framed for an assassination he was actually trying to prevent, are also revealed. Review Quotes "They thought they could frighten Judyth Vary Baker into silence. And for decades they succeeded. But it's too late to shut her up now. She's already blown the whistle! And she did it for her friend Lee Oswald. Judyth's story is a dark odyssey of disease, murder, and betrayal, but it is one laced with innocence, hope, and love." --Edward T. Haslam, author, Dr. Mary's Monkey

Western Cartridge Company in a letter to the Warren Commission said that the Carcano cartridges were "no longer manufactured". In the followup with Western Cartridge Company, in another letter they outright stated that the "reliability of those cartridges in evidence were questionable" and that those cartridges were "no longer being manufactured". There were numerous problems cited in the Warren testimonies regarding the condition of the cartridges found, including how one cartridge was damaged, CE 543, for which multiple experts agreed "could not have been fired that day". Two of the shells "lacked markings of a firing pin from a rifle". And two of the shells, including the damaged one, had markings of a "magazine follower" which marks ONLY the 'last round in a clip'. However, we know for certain that neither of those shells could have been the 'last' round, because a "LIVE ROUND" was found still in the clip. Reference CE 543 and CE 545. In CE 2968, the letter from FBI chief Hoover says the cartridge shells in evidence "did not possess sufficient characteristics for identifying the weapon which produced them". Interestingly enough is the FACT that according to the FBI, those cartridges were last manufactured in 1954, when 4 million were produced ostensibly to support the CIA's illegal war in Guatemala, and according to Western Cartridge that order was taken into possession by "US Army", which was a common euphemism used by the CIA when ordering weapons for wars the US was not supposed to be engaging in. We're told that Oswald brought only 4 rounds with him to assassinate the President. That clip held 6. But rounds are not sold in singles. No other rounds, or the boxes they came in, were ever found among Oswald's belongings. For EITHER of Oswald's supposed firearms. In the murder case of the century, no one could determine where Oswald obtained the cartridges for such an exotic firearm as the Carcano.

I forgot about Senate IC which his AG brother Bob had to know about no wonder JFK said his goodbyes prior to flying to Dallas. Original point? Ferrie too identifiable. And now I'm pissed at all those refusing to do their work including RFK. At least Trump got the message.

Speaking of RFK and Ferrie- Thom Hartman wrote that once when RFK when to central America, Guatemala I believe, Ferrie followed him in an apparent assassination attempt in 1962.

I say this why would just a regular family guy just come out and lie about this . Get a lawyer disrupt his life . It is not like today where everyone and his mother would pay you for a interview. He is telling the truth . Dallas in 1963 was way smaller than it is now , cab drivers picked up alot of the same people over and over .

This is the "connection" conspiracy theorists want to celebrate? A cab driver and former professional wrestler with a criminal record? Good grief, it's pathetic. Cummings insisted that cab company trip sheets would corroborate his story. The taxi company Cummings worked for, Yellow Cab Company, never produced a single fare record or records of any kind to substantiate Cumming's tall tale. Raymond Cummings also admitted to having seen news report photographs of David Ferrie and Lee Harvey Oswald many times before spinning this yarn. He was also a professional wrestler who loved the limelight. Incredibly he tried to involve his brother Wesley Cummings by telling Garrison's SA William Gurvich that his brother also knew David Ferrie but that poor Wes was an alcoholic. This is just another worthless cog in Jim Garrison's worthless witch hunt wheel of misfortune.
