March 2024 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit of the Month Mix & Match Butterflies Unboxing & Cards

Hello, Thank you for joining me as I share the Simon Says Stamp card kit of the month for March 2024: Mix and Match Butterflies unboxing and cards. This is a nice mix of birthday cards and all occasion greeting cards that you could adapt for almost any application.

I made 8 cards plus I share a bonus crafty idea at the end.
Card 1- 08:34

Cards 6, 7, & 8- 40:14
I also used some Distress Oxide inks in Dusty Concord and Chipped Sapphire, Versamark ink, Staz-on ink, and some gold and copper embossing powders from my stash. I supplemented some card stock and card bases from my stash as well.

Supply questions...the big brush with anti-static powder? Also the pen with the little funny end on it? and what brand of stamping platform?

@@lauriemouradian8009 The anti static tool is by Rabbit Hole Designs. There are other tool on the market but I like it’s sleek design and it keeps the powder of my hands 😉. My newest stamping platform is from My Sweet Petunia, but I also he the old Tim Holtz stamping platform, it’s just bit bulkier and I have a small space…so now it lives in the garage. I’m not sure about the pen? Are you referring to the craft knife I was using that looks like a pen? The craft knife I bought on Amazon, it’s called “Excel Blades K47 Hobby Knife with Pocket Clip” and it’s retractable. Let me know if you still have questions. 😃

Nice cards. What brand of scoretape did you use? So it did not show through acetate? Thanks.

The tape I was using in this video is actually leftover from previous Spellbinders card kit of the month. I use sookwang tape as well but not in this particular instance (because I have a lot of leftovers to get through 😉). I think most double sided tape would have similar results, but not certain. 😀
