I believe that's another copy of the same tape. I paid a bit more for this one than I would normally pay for tapes, but not quite $300.

The set they used was also used by stations such as WEWS in Cleveland and WTVF in Nashville. Both stations were branded as “Eyewitness News.”

@Derrick Anderson(open): That didn't register for a while; yes, I see they had similar studio set-ups. I just added this part a day or two after originally posting: Were WGHP and WTVF part of Scripps-Howard Broadcasting, like WEWS is?

I skipped to the end area and paused at 26:19... New York Carpet World... are they a national carpet-selling store? I recall seeing their ads in the late 80s on Chicago television.

I believe it was a chain, but I'm not sure how far it reached out. I recall seeing their ads in a few different markets, though.

Martin Short and Tim Thomerson in a sitcom together? That might have been a hoot. Before they both got famous. Pre-SCTV and Volunteers and Trancers and a bunch of other fun stuff for the both of them
