Nostalgia hits hard man. I don't know what it is, but somehow I feel sad when looking back on good times. Probably because the past is familiar and the future uncertain. We want to return to the comfort and security of the past but are indefinitely anxiously being forced to face an uncertain future, which we believe probably won't be as good as the past was. Then we start nitpicking and criticising our mistakes, beating ourselves up. I believe this common in people who are made anxious by uncertainty. A certain past seems better than an uncertain future even if the past was gruelling.

BUT THROUGH DISCIPLINE AND CONSCIOUS CREATION WE CAN ACHIEVE. We make the decisions that affect our capacity to achieve what we want. Start small yo. Notice the things that you do that affect the way you live. Ever make your bed and just wanna start being productive? Ever eat healthy and wanna go exercise? Conscious decision making and discipline towards action allow us to create what we intend. WE CRAVE DISCIPLINE. I can see you exercising that sometimes. Idc if this is read but I understand you have a reason to be vague but you want to put it in words enough to get it out.
