Nostalgia hits hard man. I don't know what it is, but somehow I feel sad when looking back on good times. Probably because the past is familiar and the future uncertain. We want to return to the comfort and security of the past but are indefinitely anxiously being forced to face an uncertain future, which we believe probably won't be as good as the past was. Then we start nitpicking and criticising our mistakes, beating ourselves up. I believe this common in people who are made anxious by uncertainty. A certain past seems better than an uncertain future even if the past was gruelling.

i was really anticipating this month's vlog and first of all, it's great. there's something so humbling about seeing you travel and do fun things with your friends and quickly transitioning into a tearful and honest burst of thought. it's been said before about you and your videos because it's true- they're real, or at least you make them seem very real to the audience. either way, it's respectable because this kind of content is much more refreshing than a lot of common internet things. i will definitely be checking out the articles and being more mindful that i will inevitably snap out of it and get second chances too. thank you!! secondly, 16:16 ... so cute

ANDREW. Don't feel a victim to destiny. Yes, there are certain things like gravity we have to be limited by in reality. And as humans we seek pleasure. We're addicted to it. BUT THROUGH DISCIPLINE AND CONSCIOUS CREATION WE CAN ACHIEVE. We make the decisions that affect our capacity to achieve what we want. Start small yo. Notice the things that you do that affect the way you live. Ever make your bed and just wanna start being productive? Ever eat healthy and wanna go exercise? Ever eat like shit and say fuck it for the day? Not saying you have to start living your entire life like a fucking square, but everything has an impact. Conscious decision making and discipline towards action allow us to create what we intend. WE CRAVE DISCIPLINE. I can see you exercising that sometimes. We feel more fulfilled when we discipline ourselves to do something that we love in the core of our being, whatever that may be. PS- I love the chatting with series. Think it's brilliant and perspective changing.
@Iyamcole5 жыл бұрын
@mystyclpork I think that life is not as simple as thoughts coming true to be honest. Bringing something into reality has means you have to align it with every part of your being. It's easy and even involuntary to think things. It's hard to belief something so much that you physically do it. So I don't really blame him for making excuses and suffering. It's harder than people think to love yourself. It's a process. But he has potential to change the world, and good intention to do that. DISCIPLINE is what grounds things into reality. And us dreamers have a hard time with that
@mekiljr20395 жыл бұрын
@@Iyamcole Nice comment man! You said physically embody the belief and it can be yours? I do know what your saying just different phrasing. It is very hard to untangle the beliefs in our body but if we have a streak of thoughts and intention towards what we want we could see the light and align in perfect luscious beingness.
@mekiljr20395 жыл бұрын
but things change and that is a difficult thing to understand in a moments notice. We experience things through our emotions but should our intention be to notice those emotions or just let them bubble up and be confident that should be what you show the world?

Idc if this is read but I understand you have a reason to be vague but you want to put it in words enough to get it out. You are a profound person, you have profound thoughts and emotions and it will probably never stop being overwhelming especially as you age. The drunken nights of your youth you will soon forget and it may seem like a waste of time but it helped create you. If you have already noticed your path is predestined, then what are you waiting for? Theres something waiting for you. Nostalgia shouldnt be such a slap in the face but it is bcs we fuck up living in the moment while living in the moment by not appreciating each second we breathe. You can make peace. Just try to be a good person, which you are, it's just we could all be better at it. Your channels are great because you allow these discussions to happen in this safe place you created for yourself and for others. You are a special person. Dont get caught up with those other ppl too much, they're not like you. They need your guidance probably more than anything. But do not fall into their habits. Nothing more of a waste of time than other people stealing it. You're an empath tho that's for sure. Live your life, man.
