The world of cinematography and filmmaking for me opened with you. It was 6 years back when I saw your video for the first time. And then I have gone deep into this topic. From movies to travel content. From vlogs to storytelling. Different creators and different videos. But it all started here on this channel with one of your videos. At this point I don't want to be an exact youtuber but some making films or travels do come across my mind. I have a camera, I know the basics. Fair bit of knowledge in some of the other domain in this field. But never got clear pov with how I should start and then continue often leading to overthinking in different tangents. And then idk where this video came up in your mind. But for me it's like god plan. Thanks for the POV i have been struggling with for one year. It's not like I never had this POV before in last one year but sometimes to actually feel the thing you need someone. For me it's again you where it started. Been a special channel to me. Just a few key pointers:- 1. Content creation and filmmaking although they overlap each other at times aren’t the same thing. 2. At this point in time all you need is an iphone + some open source editing software to start your content/film journey. 3. You don’t need to take up shitty projects if you understand the path you have been moving on. 4. Filmmaking as a fulltime career takes your 100% dedication. From understanding pre-production to post-production to connecting with the right people to having the right attitude to connect with different creatives , from understanding pre-production the cohesion of script to editing its a passion that drives you mad, only a madman would take up the hustle that comes in the filmmaking journey, but once it takes off, nothing like it.
