What's up everyone! In case you didn't know, I am the guy in the video 👋 I was 15-16 when this was recorded, and it was mid-preparation for a guitar competition - I never imagined that so many people would see it (neither did my classmates 😅) *Anyway, there's many more official videos on my channel, so make sure to check them out. Peace!*

Paganini’s 24 caprices are widely considered to be some of the most difficult pieces ever written for the solo violin and he did it on a guitar !!! Mind blown 🤯
@MellowJelly
@MellowJelly 7 ай бұрын
While it's still an extremely advanced piece when arranged for guitar, it's still technically much more difficult on violin just due to the nature of the movements and dynamics

Nylon string usually allows players to play fast plus it sounds better when played like that, steel strings on an acoustic is mainly used by cover singers, chords and slow and soft songs, they resonate better when played a little softly than nylon which players has to play hard At least.... thats what I heard

As someone who has played classical guitar in a conservatory for 10 years, I can tell you with confidence that no matter how amazing the piece is, you will get sleepy and tired. Classical music is, well, classy. It doesn’t really have the energy to keep you energized (like a rock consert) but rather it’s an artform that you come to listen to and then leave. I can definedly feel what these guitarists must be feeling.

@@breaksglasses for sure, there was quite a lot of buzzing and it didn't make the performance very pleasurable haha. his speed is sure incredible though!

@@metafelle We do not give a damn of speed : this is not music, this is bad soup. He must play slow and clear and then speed up. He is too fast.

@Droid Alpha 5 i think most ppl just glance at the thumbnail and that's it so most, myself included, don't notice that. people don't notice finer details in thumbnails. Also it could be just a shot taken when Marcin is playing alone and others would be joining in later.
