What a match. Really impresive from both of them. Pavlo curling marcio back into a hook from having his wrist taken was crazy, and Marcios transitions were awesome too

Pavlo looks stronger here in power but seems he still wasn't willing to explore different approaches during the match, he committed to his inside move, hook. And it worked well for him in a few rounds, but Marcio didn't give up and tried all the different maneuver. Pavlo didn't seem to have any counter to that or at least try to slip during those later rounds, it happened twice. Awesome match from both anyway.

Stylistically it’ll be hard for Marcio because I’m not sure he can match Irakli outside and i don’t remember the last time anyone forced irakli inside. But we’ll see

@@georgepoly4842 healthy Marcio smacks Irakli. Marcio and Hutchings have always been neck and neck. Marcio couldn’t train for the 5 weeks leading up to Irakli due to injury. Said himself he normally wouldn’t have accepted a match in that situation but couldn’t refuse the offer.

@@Dmgolfer22 I think Toddzilla evolved beyond Marcio nowadays. Marcio's healthy day, he's on par with Krasimir, and Krasimir got smashed by Irakli as well. But one can say even Krasimir is also in the descreasing phase years lately. Hard to know until they pull again. Just Todd getting stronger than his WAL days for sure, Marcio is still somewhat reaching that shape again or in similar shape at most.

A second or two before Marcio's elbow foul, you can clearly see Pavlo's elbow come off of the pad. Then, when Pavlo was about to lose, his elbow barely came of, and she calls it to save him from the pin
