Best player I ever seen at Sunderland ( in my lifetime ) it wasn't just his goals that Marco had he worked like hell and chased every lost ball. People might say Kevin Phillips was better but I was absolutely gutted when we sold Marco

the first time i saw marco at roker. he played for york city beat us 4-2 i think. then we got a ledgend. nice one mr smith. i think he now plays. for hucknall town(nottingham) will try and find out for sure. wot a fucking player!
