Marco ❤ He has been consistently considered the King of Italian Pop. These are just some of his Hits, he has a wide catalogue. The last song "L'Essenziale" is the one that gained him the first Sanremo win in 2013. With that he placed 7th at Eurovision. Then Marco won a second (and last) time Sanremo Festival last year with "Due Vite" and finished 4th at Eurovision. His very first Sanremo was back in 2010 where he placed 3rd. Marco is truly a star but without being too present, too "loud". The man is kind of shy and a very private person. Love and respect him a lot.

Guys you have to watch a live performance of "Pazza musica" by Marco Mengoni feat. Elodie!! (it is the disco song of this medley and it was the hit of last Italian summer), they are awesome and they have such a good feeling between them, for this I suggest you a live perfomance of it, but also the music video is really good

The first song Marco sings is Guerriero, not Amore Grande, I think you talk about Grande Amore of Il Volo. Marco on Sanremo: 2010 3rd place with Credimi Ancora 2010 1st place with L'Essenziale 2023 1st placd with Due Vite

Marco Mengoni ha vinto l'edizione del 2009 di XFactor e di diritto ha partecipato a Sanremo 2010 nella sezione Big (artisti conosciuti) classificandosi al 3 posto. Ha partecipato poi di nuovo a Sanremo nel 2013 arrivando al 1 posto e successivamente nel 2023 arrivando di nuovo al 1 posto! A Sanremo 2024 è stato chiamato per presentare la 1 serata affiancando il conduttore Amadeus (e in questo video si è esibito racchiudendo alcuni suoi successi...non tutti! Ce ne sono altri). Marco è un Artista completo: molto versatile, spazia da un genere all'altro, ha una voce potente e strepitosa, poi è umile come persona, alla mano con i fan e la gente e anche molto simpatico! Ed è pure "fashion" (per quanto riguarda il look). Lui non solo scrive e canta ma soprattutto "interpreta" una canzone, è un performer: ti ci porta dentro; assistere ad un suo show dal vivo è ben diverso e molto meglio rispetto ad ascoltare o guardare semplicemente i video delle sue canzoni su youtube. Ps. Marco's career began in 2009, after winning The X Factor. Over the years he has slowly become one of the strongest artists in Italy. This medley is only a small part of what he does at his concerts, as you have seen, he can range from different genres, from pop, to disco, to soul, to rock or Latin rhythms. He got to sing in stadiums in 2022 and last summer the Italian tour ended in Rome, singing in front of 60,000 people!

I think many people writing here have forgot Tiziano Ferro who is now a bit on a sort of slow down with his career ( and is a decade older than Marco which used to be hugs and has been for a long time the most important singer songwriter and who has collabs with many international artists.
