ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SHOW OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! And I've seen the Crowes w&wo/ Jimmy page. Page & Plant. Coverdale Page. Guns n Roses, Rush. The Who, Pink Floyd, Van Halen w&wo Roth, Bonamassa w&wo/Jason Bohnam, and Soo many more....Robert Plant Manic Nirvana Tour was my first concert (my sister had to swear to my parents I would be ok, I was like 13yrs old!). I saw Incubus, Rage Against The Machine, and Tool play louder than any other bands I've ever heard .... But I never danced until I was spent, I never screamed until my throat was sore, and then walked out a pure sweaty mess from any show....like I did that night at the L.A. I always felt the underlying chord progression was the best part of the song. Prince’s version was a perfect classic pop/rock song and lives forever in that universe. But this arrangement highlights the inner beauty that was always there, and makes it into a classic itself. Two legends here - one who wrote it, and one who gave it a separate life. This also emulates other instruments and will eventually match their finesse. As I'm starting to play drums and I play guitar on/off, I'm wondering - why even bother? This device with support/backing could replace an entire rooms of orchestrated instruments - what's the point in owning anything other than this one device? As you stated; this is a very close sound to guitar and is likely to sound better with further developments. I'm actually not a supporter of this invention. I'd like to hear reasons as to why it's a good device, aside from 'it's cool'. (Thoughts, if you have them).
@jamescruz86785 жыл бұрын
bmwd40 It's to offer a level of expressiveness no other keyboard can match. Any shift in finger position will change how it sounds, so you can add human imperfection on the fly to genres that don't normally have it, or near-perfectly emulate it into genres that do without having to have that instrument on hand. As for your other point, it's all about preference; at least, off the top of my head. Obviously, a long-time guitar player will never use this to play their guitar pieces.
@davidwilson65775 жыл бұрын

I've seen other videos of Marco jamming out on this thing and knew he was awesome, so this time I was most mesmerized by how he was able to play the drum kit patch on a keyboard like it was made to be played that way.
