Yea but Satriani sounds nothing like him from surfing with the alien and onwards imo, Satriani's tonal quality changed and his playing became less lyrical and lost some if not most of the magic i think. I loved not of this earth, some of the solos are pure magic and nothing he's even come close to since then. Sfogli lacks nothing, tone vibrato, phrasing. technique and feel. The perfect guitar player imo, he looks a bit like a portly hobbit though hehe.
