This is great. I have an Extra Ball button you guys sold me way back that the cap Will Not Come Off of. I have pried, pushed, prodded, done everything in my power, and it won't come off. So if you have a suggestion for getting this "simple" procedure to work when it doesn't want to (hit it with a heat gun at low temp, maybe?), I'm all ears, because I would dearly love to rotate that switch 90 degrees. (Alternately, if there's a way to get hold of a replacement yellow button insert for one that's been pretty mutilated trying to pop a cap off, that would be great too.)
