When the boss steps in, it shows he's making a big decision.. In the present downward condition of the DepEd means his secretary is incompetend for the DepEd positiion. But he is a a kind and smart leader who really knows how to get his team ( not a uniteam though , NO TO UNITEAM pro china) ) to work together well. A leader shows the way by what they do, not just by what they say. Today, he's starting to get directly involved in the Education Department, which is having a lot of problems. He's doing this because he sees that the department really needs his help. He's taking control to make sure the department doesn't face even more trouble. To fulfill the promises made in his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) regarding the aspirations for Filipino students, he aims to enhance their educational experience under his leadership. His goal is for all students during his administration to achieve top grades and competitive accolades that meet international standards, thereby making significant improvements in their academic journey.

You said wala siyang nagawa? when he erased 150 billion pesos that was suppose for the land owners to pay in the agrarian for the lands they own..He created many developments to facilitate the farmers food productions from seedlings, to abonos to tools , he wants to make sure the farmers farm will create good yield and prevent loss of investments by the farmers and govt., he set in place the process of distributuions for easy access of consumers, he remove middle man system so that farmers can command fair price for their selling of their goods and also fair for the buyers pricing he also put a system to support farmers on easy distributions of their agri produce to the markets. He has set in place mechanism so that farmers can benefit for land research regarding types of crop how to manage proper irrigation and calculations for growth and expected yield of their crops. Mga nasabing info dito malaman mo rin sana kung hindi mga fake news ang nakikinig ninyo sa mga dds vloggers at kung sinu sino pa diyan mga pro china propaganda creators kkontra PBBM admin.. Should the Senior high be changed to skills development and certification? Those who intend not to go to college because they don't want to work in offices anyway--- should then be trained for the purpose that they can work immediately.. like training for being a mechanic, plumber, cook, electrician, customer service, call center training both in Tagalog , English and other languages that may have possibilities for future call center jobs. fashion...and many others . Those who do not intend to be cooks or mechanics should directly go their ways to go college without wasting 2 years of their time for senior high. This is a more targeted and functional objective for the curriculum,

Masyadong maraming asignatura(subjects) ang itinuturo. Dapat baguhin ang Curriculum. Lalo na ang mathematics. May Math1 Algebra, Geometry, Physics. Sa PE (High School) Junior PE 1 to 4, Senior PE 1 & 2 College PE 1& 2 .. reduplications Akala ng iba pag tungtong ng College wala ng PE at Filipino subjects. Maliban na lamang kung magme-major.

During our elementary we make easy and reports with assignment Also during just inserting during former President Ferdinand Marcos after we took the nursing board examinations everybody that took the nursing board are assigned to the rural areas so I selected my home place work in the health center in our place we give free medications to those coming to the health center that needed medication we give free oatmeal free flour we give all kinds of immunizations free and we follow up pregnant mothers and ect.

For deped to be successfull they must listen to the different stakeholder especially their teachers.. They have so many programs so they can use the budget without synergy to one another.. The outcome is that the teachers are overtask to implement all this programs.. as a result teachers are stress so much so that they begin to loose interest in teaching.. Policies of deped are full of shit..
