It always used to be that to keep your photographic equipment dust and dirt free a can of compressed air was used with a small hand blower brush for delicate areas. This new air blower from EUKI replaces them both.
The device resembles a miniature hair dryer although with the weight and build quality of a professional piece of photographic kit as to be expected for the £89.99 (€99.99) pre discount price (don't worry, there are always discounts).
In the rather premium level box, you receive the air blower itself, a USB-C charging cable, a 10 piece accessory set consisting of brushes of various sizes and shapes, a rayther posh branded storage bag and a well written and easy to read user guide. Build quality throughout is excellent if not premium grade.
The heart of the kit is the 145 x 95 x 39 mm 306g blower which is reassuringly weighty and made from metal and heavy duty plastic. On the front is a detachable magnetic nozzle unit and at the rear is the air intake with the stainless steel impeller blades visible within.
The blower is powered by a 6000mAh rechargeable battery with a 2.5 hour charge giving between 12 to 48 minutes of use depending on the power level selected. At full power the blower runs at 150000 RPM, generates 180g of air pressure, and with a peak wind speed exceeding 52m/s (equivalent to the wind speed of a level 3 hurricane), ensuring powerful performance. Levels 1 and 2 are 6000 and 9000 RPM accordingly.
Long press the power button below the rear air intake to switch the unit on with the default maximum power level 3 being selected, and short press the button to set a lower level with the blue LED display confirming the selection. Turn the blower turned on using the equally small button at the front below the nozzle. Removing the magnetic nozzle allows for a more diffuse and less focused air dispersal.
I have found this device to be far easier to use than a compressed air can, more precise in operation and with no danger of water precipitation from the excellent process. It is less targeted than a blower brush but the added sustained power when at the lowest level can make up for this. The restraints of battery operation and the disappointingly slow charging rate will mean that care needs to be taken for long cleaning sessions, but most users will not be undertaking these.
Although by no means inexpensive, the compact size, high power and versatility of use will mean this device will find a place in the gadget bag of many photographers or anyone working with delicate or precision equipment. Professional users will not be put off by the price and with compressed air cans at around £5 each will soon recoup their money.

What got me was the 12 month warranty with the Euki. I don't want to buy a "good" cheap one for £40 and have it break on me 6 months later.

Hi Marco... I just bought this electric air duster and test the battery to see if 4hrs at the speed 1 (60000rpm) is true. So after I received my unit, I completely charged the blower at 100%, turn on and select the low speed. After 1h43 minutes, the Euki air blower shut down, batteries down. So, now, I'm wondering if my brand new unit is defective or maybe it's a misleading information by the company. Can you do this test with your device and let me know. Thank you for your video and your time...

I no longer have the unit, it has gone to the charity shop as do most of my review items, but since most of their other claims seem pretty accurate I would guess you may have a duff unit. If you have only just bought it then my advice would be to send it back and get another one, to be on the safe side.
