Oh wow. I need to find out more about Cremant. It sounds amazing.

I take good 15€ Cremant over the cheapest 20€ Champagne any day.

Happy holidays everyone? What are you drinking for this season? I'm a huge fan of Sparkling Cremant and also, Spanish Cava. Drop me your thoughts and comments here!

@@CorkandJava my wife has made a few batches so we can go hang outside with our friends. She uses Orange peel, Star Anise and Grand Marnier, which is pretty amazing.

I actually do swirl my sparkling wine a bit, because the carbonation can be too aggressive for my taste. It can just explode bubbles in my mouth, taking away from the flavor. But this is probably just a weird personal thing.

There's no real right or wrong at the end of the day. It's up to your personal tastes! Yes, the bubbles in some wines can be pretty aggressive. Usually, the more affordable wines made with industrial carbonation methods as opposed to the Champagne method. Thanks for watching!

You should definitely try Crémant as it is not carbonated.

Oh Yea.......i want to drink 4 pints of bubbly for lunch! Always great explanations for food pairings too! Marc , you da best! Honesty is best policy. There's not many if any wine pros that would admit prob not knowing diff between a good cremant and a good champagne! Cheers!

Hey Marc, any chances I can get a Budget Moscato recommendation? I live in Oregon and have access to a lot of California, Oregon and Washington moscatos. I tend to gravitate towards the sweeter wines and Moscato is perfect for my taste. Just don’t know which ones to look for. Thank you! I love the videos by the way. Very helpful for a beginner in wine drinking.

Hey thanks so much for watching. Italian Moscato is the "real deal," so those are the ones that you want to look for. Moscato D'Asti is the best-known version and will be sweet and bubbly, average price will be around $10 - 15 a bottle. Brands that are reliable: Vetti, Michele Chiarlo, and Mia Dolcea.

And if you prefer sweet, bubbly wines, you'd probably like another Italian wine called Brachetto. It's a red sparkling wine that is awesome with chocolate dishes. In fact, I have a video about it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGiyoKKvjqp9m7c

@@wine-living yeah, I've been really into the Arthur Metz d'Alsace lately. I found it at total wine and bought it because I love pretty much all wine from Alsace. It was a pleasant surprise and well priced.
