What I really love from your whole "no charging stations" is that you prove that one does not really fadt charging for a journey. My bike can only do 3kw charging and has a similar range like Eve. my is Zero S 14.4kWh, 230km range at city speed can charge at 1.3kW onboard for overnight charge, I have auxilary 2.4kW chinease charger too but never plugged yet in paralel not to lose warranty. I do 240 km tours but hard to get wall sockets for night here :( even my relatives has no garden house and cannot plug in for night.

'Blow Horn' is for single lane roads when you're overtaking the truck and he lets you know when its safe to do so. And those guys saved you from falling off the bike. The string could have tangled with your rear tyre and could have caused you to fall off.

First I would check with a 22kW Charging station. I don‘t think, there is anything wrong with Eve (beside the fan). I own two Zeros: a Zero SR from 2018 (my wife‘s bike) and a Zero SR/S from 2021. Both bikes are equipped with a chargetank. The SR can be charged with 7kW and the SR/S with 13kW at the highest level. At some charging station (especially the 7KW version) I see only a maximum of 3kW with the SR/S where the SR happily charge with the full 7kW - experienced this last year on the Isle of Man and was really surprised about the difference. May be it‘s related to the internal connection of chargers and the phases. So Marc, don‘t worry!

Hi Marc, Friendly Zero tech here, Your zero config is on 3 phases L1 is front 3kw charger, L2 is the rear 3 kw charger, L3 is the 6kw charge tank so this charge station was single phase so only max 3kw front charger.So in order to get your 6kw charger working(on phase L3) you need to switch the phases L1 to L3 (best todo this in the adaptor cable between the bike and charger)but difficult on tethered charging stations.and yes use compressed air to blow out any dust/debris from the cooling vans to keep the maximum performance out the chargers.Keep making these nice vids thank you.

With dodgy power supplies that go up and down and get turned off and on randomly it can cause things that convert voltages, such as chargers, to blow their input fuse. Each charger will have its own. That would be the first thing I would look for as otherwise they should be fairly reliable.

@MarcTravels a 7 point something KW station is always 1 phase, 240V 32A. It is clearly stated in the user manual for our bikes that you need more than 1 phase to activate the additional chargers.

From the owner's manual: "SR/F and SR/S chargers utilize power supplied on pins specific to a 3-Phase charging point. Use of a single phase charging point will prevent the motorcycle from charging at it’s maximum rate." I have the same problem with some stations in Italy. The cable is a limiting factor too: even if the onboard charger could go up to 7KW you still would have to haul around a heavy 32A cable, while the standard one is maybe 18 or 20 A.

Hello , I spotted Simon's VW van on Dec 16, 2023 on Lucknow Agra Expressway. He was with his girlfriend. He was driving pretty slow in a coolest way. I was in My New Tata Safari that day. I did slow down my Safari & came in parallel to say him "Hi" but he responded bit few seconds later by that time I came in his lane next to him & saw him waving back in my side mirror. After that I just moved on as I couldn't keep up with his slow moving VW van. BTW, both were cool.

Marc, I am an Elektromechaniker. You have a serious problem developing with the power module of your of power conversion. Those fans cool your heat sink, which removes heat from the package. When they both fail, you will likely damage the bike. Those fans are likely 3 wire 24 volt DC that are pulse width modulated powered by the DC power supply. I would find a good electronics supply house and see if they can crossover the fan part for you to see if it is the fan that has gone bad. Seriously, pass auf, brother!

Visit Bihar. It might feel little chaotic in city. Roads are average. Some stretches are superb. Other are under construction or maintenance so you might find little broken stretches. It’s a beautiful place. Visit Rajgir, Nalanda and Bodh Gaya. All these historical places are worth visiting. You can go to visit the capital too. Also, I will ask you rather not to travel in night.
