@@carsofmedicine after 30 days we are all in the same linear path. No big jumps. One video has about 10% more views against the past 30 days, but again nothing MASSIVE.

Sorry maybe is a dumb question, but i don't get it, if you are let's say telling a story, in my case i have an educationla channel, if i see the dip as he showed and than i cut out from the video... ho can the new video will be smooth on those particular moments of the clip, as i have taken out a part of it? How do i make it flow naturally then? Will apprecietr any feedback ❤

@@RC29972 Hey no worries that's actually a great question! Kind of complicated answer but I'll try my best. I think you have to use some discretion where to use this tactic or not. If there is a severe dip then cutting out a whole section might be worth it. However, if it interrupts with the storytelling and cutting it would ruin the flow of the video then it is probably not worth it IMO. If you can cut a small part of the dip and not have it effect the flow of the video or that particular section then it is likely worth it. As I've started doing this I've also become more mindful in my editing, meaning crafting content that could be easier to trim later if necessary. Hope that is helpful☺

Def good advice. My channel is a music channel, so doesn't really apply to me because I can't just clip out parts of the recording of a song, but it does give me insight into what people click away from when I go to write a new song.

I started my channel in 2022 and did it for 6 month and then stopped for almost a year and started back this past September and I have been watching your videos since 2022 and doing my best implementing your advice and it has worked. I have a gaming channel and I have changed the theme of the game 4 times trying to find that I can actually enjoy long term and it took a year and a half to do that. I went from Hunt showdown to Star Wars Battlefront 2 to Battlefield 2048 then No Mans Sky and now Formula 1 sim racing which is my true enjoyment and passion and I am also good at it.

Wish you the best but maybe do some other type of games as well. That can also be in the car racing category but it seems like you dont get traction for your content. First people need to find you until they can enjoy your content. So go a little bit with the hype games just to get some new viewers and followers :)

By my analytics I have been growing consistently so far and Have gained about 100 subs since this comment. I hope to increase the growth though and definitely need to post more

I've done this in the past, so I have more datapoints to say that this actually works. Intro animations look nostalgic, but they also slash a lot of audience. If you have videos with intros right at the 0:00 mark, check your retention chart RIGHT NOW.
