I would personally build a connection with the audience instead of just focusing on monetizing, make sure the content that you are producing is authentic and valuable then the right people will find you

Building a connection is important. But you need balance. If you don't have an audience in the first place, you have nobody to build a connection with. So I think it has to be a balance of optimising for growth, while also being likeable and trying to build a loyal following

There is no perfect strategy. They all have pros and cons... And in this video i did try to be harsh and focus more on the cons since that's the side of things not as many people talk about. Plus, I'm only rating these strategies overall... For some types of channels, one of the B teir strategies would be better than the A teir ones. It depends on the stage you're at and type of content you create. I'm just sharing my research and opinions, then you can decide which one makes the most sense for you :)
